Operational Assistant

Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM / 1-hour lunch break We are seeking an Operational Assistant to work in industrial cleaning, with a focus on outdoor activities. This professional will support the execution of heavy-duty cleaning services in industrial environments, ensuring organization, maintenance, and safety of the serviced areas. Main responsibilities: * Perform industrial cleaning in both outdoor and indoor areas; * Assist in removing waste, accumulated dirt, and various materials; * Use tools and specialized equipment for heavy-duty cleaning; * Help organize and maintain workplace environments; * Follow safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during tasks. Requirements: * Completed elementary education; * Availability for operational tasks and outdoor routines; * Physical stamina to perform labor-intensive activities; * Commitment, responsibility, and ability to work in a team. Important note: This role involves intensive physical activity, including handling materials, contact with industrial waste, sand, dust, and other elements commonly encountered in heavy-duty cleaning operations. We seek professionals comfortable with this type of routine and environment.
