Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for verifying material movements, controlling inventory levels, generating reports and spreadsheets for material scheduling and fulfillment, and verifying invoices. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory control and management via ERP system 2. Preparation of control reports and spreadsheets 3. Verification and data entry of invoices into the system Verify material movements entered into the ERP system to maintain inventory levels. Generate reports and spreadsheets for controlling material scheduling and fulfillment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Issue reports generated by the system; * Issue transfer invoices; * Control returns and material transfers using spreadsheets; * Complete spreadsheets for tracking material inflows and outflows; * Monitor orders placed incorrectly and rejected materials; * Prepare a weekly inventory level control report to enable necessary reallocations among units; * Receive invoices and verify them against received materials, following standard procedures, and enter this information into the system; * Verify divergent materials in the system; * Perform blocking and unblocking of rotating inventories and materials requested by customers in the ERP system. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Experience in logistics or warehouse operations; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information** We offer a competitive benefits package aligned with market standards, which **may vary** depending on the operation/contract: * Medical assistance; * Life insurance; * Funeral assistance; * Meal allowance (meal voucher and/or food voucher); * Transportation (transportation voucher or shuttle service); * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Development and wellness programs; * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PRP), contingent upon achievement of targets. **Important:** * Benefits granted according to contract and/or collective agreement; * Benefits **may not be** cumulative; * Specific conditions will be communicated during the selection process and upon hiring.
