Team-based work focused on performance and shared goals JOB OPENING: ELITE HELPER – PROJECTOR OPERATION **Focus on Production and Technology | Loft Building (10 floors)** We are recruiting helpers for our high-performance facade team. If you are agile, responsible, and want to earn above-average wages, this job is for you! **No experience with the machine is required!** HOW MUCH WILL YOU EARN: * **Base Salary on Formal Employment Contract (CLT).** * **Performance-Based Commission:** By meeting production targets, your total remuneration reaches **R$ 3.600,00**. TRAINING AND OPERATION: * **Free Training:** We will train you to operate and clean the projector. No prior experience with the equipment is needed—only willingness to learn! * **Role:** You will be the core of the operation. One helper will focus on operating/cleaning the machine, while others assist in material delivery. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: The pace of facade workers depends on your agility: * **Material at the Machine Base:** Continuous supply to ensure uninterrupted projection. * **Logistics:** Transporting materials upward and assisting in moving the machine to the facade workers. * **Technical Care:** Rigorous equipment cleaning (a task for all team members) to guarantee 100% operational functionality. * **Hierarchy:** All team members report directly to the Site Supervisor.
