Job Summary: Responsible for foundation and masonry structure construction, formwork assembly, worksite organization, including application of finishes and guidance to assistants. Key Highlights: 1. Guidance to assistants and task assignment **Main Responsibilities:** Responsible for foundation and masonry structure construction; Formwork assembly for reservoir bases; Organizing and preparing the worksite; Applying finishes, underlayment, and general finishing as required; Guiding assistants under one's supervision and assigning tasks as needed, among other duties. **Requirements:** * Immediate availability to start. * Prior experience in this role is preferred. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:30 **Salary:** R$2\.500,00 **\+ Transportation Allowance: R$500,00 (totaling R$3\.000,00\) \+** Medical Insurance (Unimed) **\+** Dental Insurance (Sul América) **\+** Life Insurance **\+** Transportation Benefit (credited to card with 6% deduction) **\+** Company-provided accommodation in the city **\+** Full meals at the restaurant \+ field day off **\+** other benefits.
