Responsibilities: 1\. Site preparation: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications. Organize tools, equipment, and required materials. Instruct assistants in preparing mortar and other necessary materials. 2\. Construction of masonry structures: Lay concrete blocks, ensuring alignment and plumb. 3\. Quality control: Verify measurements, alignment, and plumb during execution. Ensure structures comply with technical standards and project requirements. 4\. Teamwork: Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as carpenters and assistants, to ensure efficient and safe project progress. 5\. Safety and organization: Adhere to occupational safety regulations (use of PPE, signage). Maintain a clean and organized worksite to prevent accidents.
