Site preparation and tool organization Perform masonry work on civil construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with technical designs. Responsibilities: 1\. Site preparation: Read and interpret blueprints, designs, and technical specifications. Organize required tools, equipment, and materials. Instruct assistants in preparing mortar and other necessary materials. 2\. Construction of masonry structures: Lay concrete blocks, maintaining alignment and plumb. 3\. Quality control: Verify measurements, alignment, and plumb during execution. Ensure structures comply with technical standards and design specifications. 4\. Teamwork: Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as carpenters and assistants, to ensure efficient and safe project progress. 5\. Safety and organization: Adhere to occupational safety regulations (use of PPE, signage). Maintain a clean and organized worksite to prevent accidents.
