Job Summary: The professional will identify, request, and transport materials; prepare concrete; lay and finish surfaces; and perform renovations and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Identify and request materials and tools required for service execution. 2. Perform renovation and maintenance of buildings, floors, and other structures. 3. Guide the ½ mason foreman and assistant in carrying out activities. * Identify and request the materials and tools necessary to perform the job; * Transport materials, tools, and/or equipment from the warehouse to the workstation and vice versa, as directed by immediate supervision; * Ensure proper use of materials, equipment, and tools; * Assess project characteristics by reviewing drawings and specifications to determine appropriate materials and optimal work execution methods; * Prepare concrete and mortar according to project requirements; * Lay various materials; * Finish various surfaces; * Perform renovation and maintenance of buildings, floors, and other structures; * Maintain the work area properly signposted during service execution; * Keep materials, machinery, equipment, and the workstation under one's responsibility organized, clean, and well-maintained; * Guide the ½ mason foreman and assistant in carrying out activities; * Maintain personal hygiene (basic personal hygiene and clothing care); Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.934,80 per month Benefits: * Life insurance
