Description

We are an established company in the equipment rental sector (scaffolding and platforms). We seek a professional focused on technical efficiency to ensure maximum availability and safety of our fleet of aerial work platforms. **Main Challenges:** Identify and repair failures (mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical) in workshop and field settings. Ensure structural integrity and proper functioning of components. Inspect equipment after rental and document findings. Guide auxiliary staff, deliver operational training to clients (internal teams/sites), and implement management and control processes. **Job Requirements:** * Technical or higher education preferred, along with knowledge of hydraulic and electrical diagram interpretation. * Valid Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH B). * Advantage: Manufacturer-specific training courses (JLG, Genie, Haulotte, Skyjack). **What We Offer:** * **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws). * **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM; Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM. * **On-site Meals:** Provided by the company, with no payroll deduction. * **Transportation:** Transportation voucher or free on-site parking. * **Health Plan:** Optional medical plan (company covers 50% for employee and dependents). * **Dental Plan:** Optional dental plan. * **Development:** Education assistance for professional growth. * **PLR:** Profit-sharing program.
