Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on drilling equipment, diagnosing and resolving failures. Key Highlights: 1. Heavy equipment maintenance (drills, drill rigs) 2. Diagnosis and resolution of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical failures 3. On-site technical support and team development **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on drills, drill rigs, stationary engines, and other drilling equipment to ensure full functionality, availability, and operational safety; * Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electromechanical failures using appropriate tools, equipment, and analytical and diagnostic techniques; * Disassemble, repair, reassemble, and replace components and systems of equipment, ensuring service quality; * Provide on-site technical support to address emergency incidents, minimizing equipment downtime; * Guide and contribute to the technical development of Mechanical Assistants by sharing knowledge and best maintenance practices; * Record and document performed services, including work order completion, maintenance reports, diagnostics performed, and replaced parts; * Collaborate with operational teams and other company departments to ensure timely, safe, and efficient maintenance support; * Strictly comply with safety rules, procedures, and standards, correctly using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and promoting a safe working environment; * Identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes, equipment reliability, and performance, proposing and implementing corrective and preventive actions; * Maintain tools, work equipment, and organization of the maintenance area. **Desired Competencies:** * Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electromechanical maintenance of heavy equipment; * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems; * Leadership and team development skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Commitment to safety and quality; * Willingness to perform on-site assignments when required.
