MACHINE OPERATOR / PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Description

We are seeking a professional to work as a Machine Operator / Production Assistant, joining our industrial team. The role involves operating equipment, supporting production line activities, and ensuring product quality and production process efficiency. Responsibilities * Operate machines in accordance with technical procedures and instructions; * Perform basic adjustments and monitor equipment operation; * Feed machines with raw materials and supplies to ensure continuous production; * Support general production line activities as required by the department; * Monitor the production process to ensure final product quality; * Record production information, such as quantity produced, losses, and downtime; * Identify and report machine malfunctions, irregularities, or anomalies; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, adhering to 5S principles; * Comply with company safety, hygiene, and internal procedural standards. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Attention to detail and focus on operational tasks; * Capacity to perform tasks requiring moderate physical effort and prolonged standing; * Prior experience as a machine operator is considered an advantage.
