The restaurant is seeking a Kitchen Assistant in Fortaleza. **Responsibilities:** Wash, peel, and cut food items. Assist in preparing simple dishes. Organize ingredients and kitchen utensils. Keep countertops, stoves, and equipment clean during work hours. Restock kitchen materials and supplies. Assist in plating dishes when required. Help with general kitchen cleaning at the end of the shift. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Assistant Cook, Food Preparer, or Industrial Kitchen Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
