Focus on organization and food hygiene **Job: Kitchen Assistant (Dishwashing) – Jappa da Quitanda \| Anália Franco Unit** **Jappa da Quitanda – Anália Franco Unit** is seeking an agile, organized, and committed professional to work as a Kitchen Assistant in the dishwashing area, providing essential support to kitchen daily operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen support zones; * Ensure proper sanitation in compliance with food safety standards; * Support the kitchen team with operational tasks; * Ensure continuous availability of utensils during service. **Requirements:** * Agility, organization, and responsibility; * Commitment and ability to work effectively in a team; * Availability for kitchen daily routine and schedule; * Prior experience in this role is preferred but not mandatory; * Schedule availability (Closing shift); * **Work Schedule:** 6 days on, 1 day off We offer a dynamic work environment with learning and career development opportunities under our career plan.
