Job Summary: This internship offers the opportunity to provide technical support to users, format and configure computers, and install software and peripherals. Key Highlights: 1. Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us on this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide technical support to users, assisting with hardware and software issue resolution; * Assist with computer formatting and configuration; * Support software and operating system installation and updates; * Assist with peripheral (printers, monitors, etc.) installation and configuration; * Assist with component installation and upgrades, such as memory and SSDs; * Provide support for computer assembly and installation; * Support structured cabling and network organization activities; * Assist with technical ticket registration and tracking; * Support other routine activities within the microcomputer department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Information Technology or related fields; * Must maintain active enrollment at an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); * Must be no more than one (1) year away from graduation; * Must be available for a 6-hour daily internship, Monday through Friday. **Additional Information** PEOPLE are our greatest ENERGY.
