We seek a professional to perform installation, maintenance, and technical support of instrumentation, automation, and telemetry systems applied to basic sanitation.
Responsibilities include installation, calibration, verification, inspection, and preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of field sensors, instruments, and equipment—such as flow, pressure, level, chlorine analyzers, pH meters, and other monitoring and control devices. The role also involves supporting supervisory systems (SCADA), PLCs, communication networks, electrical panels, and telemetry systems.
The professional will conduct diagnostics and fault correction, interpret technical diagrams and manuals, assist in specifying instruments and components, and maintain technical records of maintenance and calibration activities. They will participate in implementing improvements and automation projects, contributing to operational process efficiency, reliability, and continuity.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Perform installation, calibration, verification, maintenance, and inspection of instruments and sensors used in automated processes and systems.
* Conduct diagnostics and preventive and corrective maintenance on pressure, flow, temperature, level, and other parameter measurement and control instruments.
* Configure and provide support for PLCs, supervisory systems, telemetry, and communication networks.
* Interpret technical diagrams, layouts, manuals, and specifications to execute services accurately.
* Assist in specifying instruments and components for procurement and replacement.
* Support operation and maintenance of automated systems, ensuring proper functionality.
* Issue technical records of performed activities, including maintenance and calibration history.
* Comply with technical, safety, health, and environmental standards during all activities.
* Collaborate on process improvements related to instrumentation and automation.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Technical high school diploma in Instrumentation, Electrotechnics, Industrial Automation, or related fields
* Registration with the respective professional council
* Mandatory National Driver’s License (CNH)
* Willingness to travel
