Accompanying technicians during external activities and customer service **Installation Technical Assistant** **Location:** São José dos Campos/SP Job Description We are seeking a professional to work as an Installation Technical Assistant, assisting with installation and maintenance activities for **broadband internet and subscription TV (cable TV)** services. The professional will support the technical team in field service calls, installations, maintenance tasks, and the organization of materials and equipment used in operations. **Salary + 30% hazardous duty allowance.** Main Responsibilities * Assist in executing Service Orders (SO); * Support internet and subscription TV installation and maintenance; * Assist in cable routing and infrastructure organization; * Organize and transport materials, tools, and equipment; * Accompany technicians during external activities and customer service; * Follow safety regulations and properly use PPE. Responsibilities * Perform tasks under supervision; * Support technical and operational processes within the area; * Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, tools, and materials; * Contribute to service quality delivered to customers. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Experience in this role; * Driver's license category B.
