With operations across multiple locations, we seek professionals who value quality, consistency, and teamwork, and who wish to grow within a structured, dynamic, and high-delivery-standard environment. **Job Objective** Ensure cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the kitchen, supporting the operational team and guaranteeing compliance with sanitary and restaurant operational standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform general kitchen cleaning (floors, countertops, equipment, and utensils). * Sanitize pots, dishes, and utensils during and after service. * Organize and maintain the dishwashing area functional and clean. * Collect, sort, and properly dispose of waste. * Assist in organizing supplies and storage areas. * Restock kitchen cleaning and hygiene supplies. * Support the team with simple operational tasks when necessary. * Strictly adhere to food hygiene and safety regulations. **Requirements** * Prior experience in kitchen or restaurant cleaning (preferred). * Good physical stamina and agility. * Organization and attention to detail. * Ability to work in hot, high-demand environments.
