Focus on organization and safety A security and services company is seeking a General Services Assistant in São Vicente. **Responsibilities:** Perform cleaning and maintenance of common areas in condominiums, such as lobbies, corridors, staircases, and outdoor areas. Carry out proper waste collection and disposal, ensuring a clean and organized environment. Conduct sanitation of restrooms, changing rooms, and other shared-use areas, replenishing hygiene supplies as needed. Assist with minor simple maintenance tasks and provide operational support to residents and the condominium staff. Comply with safety regulations and ensure correct use of cleaning equipment and products. Position requires work in São Vicente / SP. Previous experience as Maintenance Assistant, Cleaning Assistant, Kitchen Assistant, or General Services Operator may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. Completion of elementary education required.
