Assists in organizing and restocking products **GENERAL HELPER** We seek a motivated and proactive individual to support our store’s daily operations. The General Helper plays an essential role in maintaining efficient merchandise flow, ensuring products are always available for customers and the environment remains immaculate. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Loading and Unloading:** Assist in receiving merchandise from suppliers and perform basic volume verification. * **Stock Organization:** Store products in cold chambers or warehouses, observing proper stacking to prevent food damage. * **Shelf Restocking:** Keep counters and islands fully stocked, visually appealing, and well-organized. * **Product Selection:** Remove damaged or unsuitable products during restocking. * **Cleaning and Maintenance:** Keep floors, plastic crates, and walkways clean and free of debris (e.g., leaves, fruit remnants). * **Customer Support:** Assist customers with loading heavy purchases into their vehicles when necessary. **Requirements** * **Proactivity:** Ability to identify tasks requiring attention without constant supervision. **Preferred Qualifications** * Residing near the workplace. **What We Offer** * Fixed salary of R$2\.113,00 * On-site meals / Meal allowance. * Transportation allowance. * Basic food basket. * Multiple shifts: 08:00–16:20 or 13:00–21:20 (Monday to Saturday) Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level) * VT * BASIC FOOD BASKET
