As a Fleet Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring our fleet operates efficiently and safely. Your main responsibilities will include daily vehicle maintenance and monitoring, as well as collaborating with the logistics department to plan and manage transportation routes. You will be responsible for conducting regular vehicle inspections, documenting any issues, and coordinating with mechanics to ensure timely repairs. Additionally, you will help monitor fuel consumption and operational costs, continuously seeking ways to optimize and save. You will also collaborate with the logistics team to ensure on-time deliveries and optimized routes to minimize travel time and costs. Your work will be essential in maintaining fleet efficiency and safety, contributing to the company’s success. Prior experience in fleet management or a related environment is a plus but not mandatory.
