Prepare and forward event service orders to relevant departments, ensuring timely information alignment. Monitor room availability using maps and tracking systems. Open and close customer accounts, recording daily expenses. Manage revenue from room rentals, including both daily and monthly contracts. Handle event and group marketing and management, coordinating the team responsible for infrastructure and operational support. Contact companies to develop, present, and negotiate proposals and budgets. Supervise room setup and teardown processes according to event requirements. Perform other duties related to the position.
