Job Summary: The employee will assist in drilling activities, assembly of drill sites and equipment, perform maintenance and measurements, and support the driller in mineral and rock sample research and collection. Mineral and rock sample research and collection **Location:** This position is exclusively for residents of Parauapebas/PA. **Responsibilities:** The employee will assist in drilling activities, site assembly and relocation, transportation and assembly of drilling rigs, loading of parts and machinery, lubrication, adjustments and maintenance of equipment and machinery, measurement of materials and samples, and remain available to the driller throughout their work shift to provide necessary assistance. They explore subsurface layers and extract solid mineral, coal, and other types of rock, precious and semi-precious stones from surfaces and interiors of mines, quarries, solid ground, cliffs, and riverbeds via drilling holes. They inspect workfaces to ensure safe equipment operation. They perform mechanical, hydraulic, and manual rock demolition and manage transportation and traffic of such materials. **Requirements:** - Experience in this role. - Driver's license category B is desirable.
