Job Summary: Professional to coordinate teams, supervise construction execution, ensure service quality, and manage material usage, with emphasis on safety and productivity. Key Highlights: 1. Material control and supplier monitoring **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate teams of masons, laborers, assistants, and other site personnel. * Assign daily tasks according to the project schedule and priorities. * Monitor and ensure correct execution of construction phases (masonry, foundations, structural work, finishes, etc.). * Verify service quality and correct technical deficiencies when necessary. * Read and interpret blueprints, project specifications, descriptive memoranda, and technical specifications. * Control material usage, request replenishment, and prevent waste. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations (NR\-18, NR\-35, and others). * Monitor team attendance and productivity. * Report progress and potential deviations to the engineer/site manager. * Monitor suppliers, material deliveries, and outsourced services. * Guide the team on procedures and best practices for execution. ✅ **Job Requirements** * Proven experience in civil construction projects. * Technical knowledge of construction, masonry, structural systems, and finishes. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. * Leadership and team management capabilities. * Organizational skills and planning vision. * Basic knowledge of occupational safety and first aid (desirable). ✅ **Essential Competencies** * Leadership and decision-making * Effective communication * Responsibility and discipline * Problem-solving * Ability to clearly guide teams * Agility and results orientation ✅ **Additional Responsibilities** * Verification of contractor quantity surveys * Completion of site diaries * Control of equipment, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE) * Support to the engineer/site manager in weekly planning Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
