The candidate will learn processes hands-on, with direct support from the department’s leadership. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Qualifying companies to operate in foreign trade via RADAR/e-CAC; * Monitoring and filing qualification processes with the Federal Revenue Service; * Handling special customs regime processes with the competent authorities; * Validating documents and advising clients on required documentation; * Monitoring regulatory processes with importing clients; * Proactive follow-up with clients — meetings, clarification of doubts, process status updates. **Requirements:** * Undergraduate degree in Foreign Trade, currently enrolled or completed; * Experience in customer service or client relationship management; * Basic/intermediate Excel skills; * Organizational skills to handle document-based processes. **Preferred qualifications:** * Preliminary knowledge of import/export operations or customs legislation; * Genuine desire to learn and grow — we value those who embrace new challenges with enthusiasm and do not expect to be fully prepared upon arrival. **Are you/Do you have?:** * Strong communication skills; * Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize; * Proactivity; * Affinity for operational processes; * Analytical mindset and attention to detail; * Teamwork orientation. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance/food voucher * Transportation allowance * Health insurance * Dental insurance Job Type: CLT — On-site (Jundiaí, SP) Job Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.300,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
