We are seeking a Registration Assistant to support client, contract, and case registration routines, ensuring information organization, updating, and standardization within internal systems.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Register cases, contracts, and clients in internal systems based on information received from responsible departments;
* Support the updating and maintenance of registration data, contracts, contacts, and related information;
* Assist in sending, organizing, and archiving documents and contracts on internal platforms;
* Perform simple registration adjustments and support operational requests from the Registration department;
* Support internal departments with requests related to registration data, billing, and case closure;
* Monitor deadlines, verifications, and pending items associated with departmental routines;
* Contribute to organizing internal processes and ensuring the quality of registered information.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education. Ongoing undergraduate studies are a plus;
* Prior experience in administrative or registration routines is desirable;
* Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with management systems (ERP).
