Job Summary: You will be responsible for overseeing vehicle unloading, issuing transport bills of lading, verifying daily issuances, and managing vehicle and contractor hiring. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and communication with internal customers to clarify doubts. 2. Receiving cargo and documents and performing transportation-related activities. 3. Monitoring the execution of scheduled activities to control deadlines. Your mission will be to oversee the unloading of vehicles involved in deliveries and pickups, issue transport bills of lading, verify all daily issuances, request escorts, hire occasional vehicles, monitor operational KPIs, and manage contractor hiring. More than hiring people, we aim to generate opportunities for everyone, ensuring inclusion of increasingly diverse profiles to strengthen **OUR PEOPLE!** If you share this mindset, why not join this team? **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Provide customer service and maintain contact with internal customers, clarifying doubts, conveying operational information, and other related tasks; * Receive cargo and documents; * Perform transportation-related activities within your area of responsibility, including: entering information into systems, controlling information and customer service, inspecting vehicles and equipment, among others, supporting the development of departmental activities; * Support control of operations and movements related to transportation conducted at the terminal/branch; * Monitor the execution of scheduled activities to ensure adherence to previously agreed deadlines and maintain service quality.
