Learn more at www.martinbrower.com.br **Responsibilities and duties** Responsibilities and Duties * Support warehouse administrative routines, ensuring organization and timely updating of information. * Perform data entry and updates in warehouse management systems (WMS) related to receiving, storage, picking, and shipping. * Develop, update, and monitor operational performance indicator (KPI) spreadsheets. * Generate administrative and operational reports to support management decisions. * Organize, file, and control documents (invoices, transportation receipts, purchase orders, reports). * Support inventory activities (cyclical and full inventories), performing physical counts and updating records. * Provide administrative support to operational teams and leadership. * Maintain communication with internal departments to align information. * Contribute to continuous improvement of warehouse administrative and logistics processes. **Requirements and qualifications** Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate Excel skills are a plus). * Basic understanding of administrative and/or logistics routines. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. * Prior experience in administrative roles (experience in the logistics sector is desirable).
