The incumbent is responsible for: Bagging bags and sacks, covering loads with tarpaulins, and loading bulk vehicles (in general); inspecting and verifying finished product shipments and receipts, ensuring product quality, safety, equipment preservation, and workplace organization. * Inspect customer bins and bulk containers to verify their readiness for loading. * Load bulk trucks with finished products using the appropriate loading spout in conjunction with vacuum hoses. * Operate forklifts for logistical material handling. * Receive semi-trailers carrying raw materials and unload products into tanks as directed by supervision or panel operators. * Perform silo level measurements using a pendulum-type tape measure specifically designed for depth measurement. * Transfer bagged products to silos by operating the bucket elevator (“transshipping”). * Directly bag products into silos; implement and follow sampling procedures during bulk loading and bag/sack bagging, sending samples to the laboratory for analysis. * Identify bulk vehicles, bags, and sack pallets. * Occasionally support activities in other areas to assist in achieving company objectives. * Participate in cultural transformation initiatives within the company through actions and involvement in project teams and improvement efforts aimed at contributing to the success of these initiatives—particularly those focused on Quality, Safety and Health, Organization and Cleanliness, Community, Communication, and Environment/Responsible Care—as well as complying with departmental procedures and maintaining required documentation up to date when requested.
