




**Responsibilities:** Analyze materials according to standards for conducting tests/assessments. Provide technical support, in accordance with standards, to other team members. Carry out corrections or new acquisitions of documents requested by customers. Supply commercial process documentation requirements, as needed. Verify received certificates against purchase orders. Verify material certificates against the applicable product standard. Review laboratory test results when confirmation testing is performed. Record product release via system. Record product certificates via system. Communicate product release to relevant processes. Maintain organized and archived product documentation. Gather required documentation to fulfill customer orders. Analyze material documentation together with the invoice, when required. When necessary, verify physical material identification (e.g., batch number, description, code) against the quality certificate. Request material documentation from suppliers, if needed. Archive material release records (physical and electronic). Keep the workplace clean and organized. Visit suppliers, when necessary. Attend external inspections.
