A social association in Fortaleza is seeking a Building Technician. **Responsibilities:** Assist in scheduling and organizing technical site visits. Conduct on-site architectural surveys (measurements and condition of the property). Develop floor plans and technical records using AutoCAD. Quantify materials required for construction and renovation projects. Prepare cost estimates for materials and services. Monitor and assist in supervising construction works. Contribute to final inspections and preparation of technical reports. Previous experience as a Civil Construction Technician, Architecture Technician, Structural Technician, or Project Technician may indicate suitability for some of the activities in this position.
