**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Coordinate the operation, maintenance, and evolution of corporate systems (ERP, legacy systems, and integrated solutions).
* Act as a bridge between business areas and IT, ensuring understanding of requirements and accurate translation into systemic solutions.
* Plan and oversee system implementations, upgrades, configurations, and improvements.
* Manage system-related requests, prioritization, and deadlines.
* Coordinate vendors, consultants, and technology partners.
* Ensure the integrity, security, and reliability of information.
* Define and monitor performance indicators (SLAs, performance, availability).
* Support key users by delivering training and promoting best practices.
* Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
* Ensure documentation of systems, workflows, and procedures.
* Manage risks and prevent systemic failures.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields, Business Administration, or Health Sciences.
* Completed postgraduate degree in Management, Administration, or Project Management.
* Knowledge of (PACS) Picture Archiving and Communication System, (RIS) Radiology Information System, (LIS) Laboratory Information System, (HIS) Hospital Information System MV or Tasy.
* Integrations, Interoperability, Enterprise Service Bus, Databases, Data Analysis, and Business Intelligence.
* Professional experience in management or leadership roles.
