Your contributions will help build a healthier world—for you and millions of people globally. **THE OPPORTUNITY** We’re hiring a **Strategic Projects Intern** to join our **Revenue** team in **São Paulo!** This role sits within the Global Revenue Strategy team, responsible for shaping Client Success strategies and strengthening a customer-centric culture across all regions. You’ll play a key role in designing and refining projects and processes—empowering our CS teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience from day one. **YOUR IMPACT** * Support execution of onboarding and nurturing initiatives within the Client Success Strategy team—helping organize tasks, track timelines, update materials, and ensure follow-ups. You’ll help transform ideas and plans into well-structured execution support. * Collaborate with team members and engage stakeholders from Client Success, Wellbeing Engagement, Value Management, and other areas to support ongoing initiatives. You’ll help gather information, document discussions, and learn how global teams collaborate. * Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data related to onboarding (e.g., feedback, metrics, surveys). You’ll support the team in identifying patterns, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. * Help keep the customer experience at the center by supporting onboarding journey mapping, documenting risks, and organizing insights from sales and Client Success teams. * Assist in creating and updating presentations, documents, trackers, and internal materials used by the team. You may also help prepare updates, summaries, and documentation of best practices for internal sharing. * *Live the mission: inspire and empower others by prioritizing your own and your colleagues’ well-being. Create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable caring for themselves and finding balance between work and personal life.* **WHO YOU ARE** * Reside in São Paulo and be available to attend the office once per week. * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or related fields). * Available for a minimum internship duration of one year. * Interested in project organization, process improvement, and operational support—especially within Client Success or Operations environments. * Analytical mindset, with curiosity to understand data, identify patterns, and support decision-making. * Comfortable working with documentation and structured processes—helping organize information and workflows. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with eagerness to learn how to clearly present ideas and updates. * Collaborative profile, capable of working effectively across diverse teams and learning in a global, cross-functional environment. * Proactive and curious—with a strong desire to learn, take ownership of tasks, and ask questions. * Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines under guidance. * Fluent or advanced English; proficiency in Portuguese is mandatory.
