Lead quality and performance in sanitation services. **DESCRIPTION:** Coordinate operational activities, ensuring **service quality**, **team performance**, and **efficiency in the implementation, operation, and maintenance of water systems**, guaranteeing compliance with technical standards, internal procedures, contracts, and guidelines for **Quality, Environment, and Occupational Safety and Health**. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate departmental activities, ensuring service quality and team performance. * Coordinate the **implementation, maintenance, and operation of the water distribution network**. * Coordinate the operation of **motor-pump sets and motor vehicles**. * Coordinate the installation and maintenance of **flow meters**. * Coordinate **water meter and macro-meter readings**, bill delivery and notifications, connection registration, database verification, inspections, service disconnections, reconnections, water meter installations, sealing, and minor interventions. * Coordinate auxiliary services related to **pitometry** (calculations, graph readings, sketches, and plant control). * Participate in and support the **operation of the water treatment system**, coordinating the department for necessary maintenance. * Coordinate support teams for water technicians or sanitation agents, including **trench cleaning, excavation, and backfilling**. * Coordinate the operation of **machinery and equipment** (backhoe loaders, wheel loaders, tractors, motor graders, cranes, truck-mounted cranes, forklifts, asphalt cutting equipment, and trench compaction equipment). * Coordinate the **replacement of water meter seals**. * Coordinate **connections, installations, repairs, and maintenance of hydraulic lines, filters, and water networks**. * Coordinate **leak repairs** in networks, service laterals, and connections. * Prepare **management reports** requested by management/directorate. * Participate in defining **training and refresher programs** for the team. * Participate in **recruitment and selection processes**, as required. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or related fields; * Experience in **sanitation, hydraulic networks, maintenance, or urban services (preferred)**; * Driver’s License Category B; * Willingness to travel. **BENEFITS:** * Salary; * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher; * Dental Care; * Gympass; * Zenklub. **WORK HOURS:** Mon-Fri 08:00–18:00 and Sat 08:00–12:00
