Job Summary: Lead the evolution of the AWS/SageMaker data platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and governance to support the transformation of home-based healthcare. Key Highlights: 1. Hands-on experience with AWS (SageMaker, S3, Glue, Redshift, Athena, Lambda) **Role Mission:** We operate 100% digitally via the ISA Digital Care (IDC) platform, which centralizes HomeCare services, clinical analyses, and operational management. We are building our data platform on AWS, using SageMaker Unified Studio as the foundation for data ingestion, transformation, and exploration. This foundation is strategic—not only to ensure operational efficiency but also to support the development of advanced Machine Learning and Deep Learning models applied across healthcare, operations, and finance. **Key Responsibilities:** Lead the evolution of the AWS/SageMaker Unified Studio data platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and governance. Design and maintain pipelines and integrations between internal systems (IDC, ISA Atende, ISA Pay, EMR) and external systems (ERPs, laboratories, partners). Define and implement standards for data modeling, cataloging, and data quality (bronze, silver, and gold layers). Ensure data security and compliance, aligned with LGPD and healthcare industry standards. Prepare data for predictive modeling, ML, and DL—including datasets, feature stores, and MLOps practices. Support Engineering, Product, and Operations teams by delivering structured and reliable data for analytics, dashboards, and digital products. Drive technology decisions that maximize cost-effectiveness, scalability, and ROI of the data platform. **Responsibilities and Qualifications** Solid experience (5+ years) in data platforms and data architecture. Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data pipelines. Experience with AWS (SageMaker, S3, Glue, Redshift, Athena, Lambda). Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools (DBT, Spark, Python notebooks). Knowledge of data lakehouse architectures and local engines (DuckDB or similar). Experience with dashboards and BI tools (Power BI, Metabase). Knowledge of MLOps and data preparation for ML/DL models. Experience in data security, governance, and compliance (LGPD, healthcare standards).
