Responsible for supporting the use of generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, copilots, and similar), organizing the physical and digital LAB space, producing instructional materials, and collecting feedback for continuous improvement. Acts as a practical facilitator, ensuring employees have access to and knowledge of AI solutions.
