Information, documentation, and budget management **Senior Project Analyst** We are looking for a **Senior Project Analyst** to join our team! If you are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about architecture, project development, and execution monitoring, this opportunity may be right for you. **Main Responsibilities:** * Model and develop architectural projects; * Coordinate complementary projects with the architectural project; * Prepare technical drawings and carpentry details; * Develop projects in **Archicad** at an advanced level; * Specify materials, finishes, and products; * Manage project information, technical documentation, and budgets; * Ensure quality and adherence to deadlines; * Maintain contact with clients and suppliers for technical alignment; * Support the construction team with technical information and reports. **Requirements:** * Degree in Architecture and Urbanism; * **Minimum 3 years of experience** in the field; * **Advanced proficiency in Archicad (mandatory);** * Experience in developing and coordinating executive projects; * Knowledge of carpentry detailing; * Strong organizational, communication, and deadline management skills; * **Reside in Barueri or nearby region.** **Job Details:** Location: Alphaville – Barueri/SP (On-site) Compensation: To be discussed Send your resume to: **cv@pissardolins.com.br** Salary: R$3\.000,00 \- R$7\.000,00 per month Workplace: On-site
