We are looking for an organized, proactive, and curious individual eager to learn about the inner workings of school management and daily administrative processes. **Main responsibilities:** * Organize and update spreadsheets for space usage and for tracking daily school routines; * Support school leadership in the logistical organization of school events (schedules, checklists, materials, and internal communication); * Support and monitor registrations for academic competitions and other external academic activities; * Support the organization and improvement of administrative workflows and internal school processes; * Handle general administrative requests from school leadership on a day-to-day basis. **Responsibilities and qualifications** **We are looking for someone who:** * Is highly organized and detail-oriented; * Enjoys working with spreadsheets and organizing information; * Is proactive and eager to learn; * Communicates effectively and relates well to diverse audiences; * Is familiar with digital tools (especially Google Sheets/Excel). **Requirements and qualifications** **What you will learn here:** * Day-to-day administrative operations of a school; * Organization of internal processes and workflows; * Planning and execution of educational events; * Multifaceted support to school leadership. **Additional information** Schedule: 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM **Hello!
