




**Optical retail network seeking a Store Salesperson:** **Summary of responsibilities:** Manage the customer’s experience journey with the LIVO brand; Provide in-person customer service, ensuring quality and excellence; Assist customers in understanding their ophthalmic prescription and recommend the best product for their needs; Present products or services clearly and concisely; Request and validate prescriptions for laboratory submission; Place lens orders corresponding to your sales; Register customers in the database; Maintain up-to-date store records; Keep the workplace organized and clean; Participate in training sessions and professional development courses. Address customer inquiries; Explain promotions and discounts. Act as a LIVO lenses ambassador. **Job conditions:** **CLT employment contract – Fixed monthly salary:** BRL 2,100.00 Commission based on sales targets; Incentive programs and campaigns; **Meal allowance:** BRL 330.00 (per month); Transportation voucher (with 6% employee contribution); Optional dental insurance (with monthly deduction of BRL 28.80); Birthday day off (one additional day off during your birth month); Access to Wellhub (gym membership plan) with discounts starting at BRL 59.90.
