Coordination of partnerships with companies, universities, and ICTs **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Technical management and prospecting of Research and Development (R\&D) projects **WHAT YOU WILL DO** * Lead R&D&I projects end-to-end, defining methodologies, planning stages, and ensuring execution in accordance with the physical-financial schedule. * Structure and develop technical and commercial proposals, including resource acquisition and assessment of technical and economic feasibility. * Conduct technological prospecting and market analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential for innovation and intellectual property. * Develop technology roadmaps and strategic studies to guide medium- and long-term decisions. * Lead research teams, directing data collection, analysis, and interpretation of experimental results. * Apply experimental design and advanced statistical analysis in conducting tests, trials, and validations. * Monitor and ensure adherence to deadlines, goals, and performance indicators for projects under your responsibility. * Solve complex and unprecedented problems, considering technical, production, and environmental impacts. * Coordinate partnerships with companies, universities, ICTs, and funding agencies to promote R&D&I collaboration. * Represent the institution at technical forums, events, and innovation environments. * Produce and communicate results through reports, presentations, scientific publications, and specialized events. * Act as a knowledge multiplier by delivering training sessions, workshops, and mentoring graduate students involved in ongoing research projects. * Ensure compliance with institutional norms, internal procedures, and innovation guidelines. * Contribute to the organization’s strategic positioning through systemic vision, innovation, and results orientation. **Applications accepted until May 05, 2026** **Requirements:** **Essential Requirements:** Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or a related automotive field. Prior experience in collaborative and multidisciplinary projects involving universities, ICTs, or companies is desirable. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU DAILY:** * In-depth knowledge and strategic vision regarding technological trends in sustainable propulsion, energy efficiency, and biofuels. * Proven track record of leadership and management of high-performing, multidisciplinary technical teams. * Familiarity with laboratory management, particularly dynamometers applied to the automotive sector. * Solid experience as a senior-level liaison with industry, academia, and funding agencies. * Ability to make strategic technical decisions, define directions, and validate critical milestones. * Competence to represent projects technically and scientifically in national and international settings. * Advanced mentoring skills for developing senior researchers (Researcher I and II). * Fluency in English is mandatory. **ATTENTION!
