It was through this investment that we achieved the PALC Quality Certification in 2023, strategically distinguishing ourselves in the market. **Prerequisites:** High school diploma Minimum six months of experience preferred Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite preferred **Responsibilities:** * Ensure courteous and effective customer service, prioritizing speed and safety; * Provide guidance on procedures according to MN.COL.001; * Properly identify visitors and clients to ensure safe service and compliance with RDC 302; * Register patients in the system and authorize insurance-covered tests according to internal guidelines (IT.ATD.001 and IT.ATD.002); * Ensure receipt of documents, completion, and attachment of all required forms for system registration; * Perform cash register closing, transfer funds, and issue invoices when applicable; * Process patient check-outs in the system and print production reports when applicable; * Review and organize service authorization forms; * Make and receive phone calls, as well as provide virtual support if necessary; * Comply with quality standards established by RDC 786/2023 and PALC 2021; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and keep service processes orderly; * Assist in controlling supplies related to reception activities.
