Job Summary: Responsible for in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp-based patient service; patient registration; authorization of medical referral forms; and organization of the workplace. Organization of the workplace \- In-person, telephone, and WhatsApp service. \- Patient registration in the system. \- Authorization of medical referral forms. \- Organization of the workplace. \- Working hours: Unit¹ Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 18:00\. Unit² Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 17:00 and Saturdays, 07:00 to 11:00\.
