In this team, you have the opportunity to support patient care across hospitals, laboratories, and the Customer Service Center of Brazil's largest integrated healthcare network. We provide comprehensive care, which is why we are present at every touchpoint in the lives of millions of patients—and this is how we achieve outstanding results, by welcoming all individuals exactly as they are. **Important: We do not charge any fees during our selection processes.** Responsibilities and Duties About the Position: * Greet patients and visitors at facilities; * Follow the assigned post coverage schedule; * Open patient registration files, verifying health insurance and insurer authorizations, requested preparations, medications used, and result delivery methods; * Support and trigger triage procedures to guide patients; * Issue receipts and collect payments, when required; * Schedule specific exams at the facility; * Register outpatient patients in the system. \*Activities may vary depending on the work location.
