We make things happen—with courage, boldness, and enthusiasm—to consistently exceed results. **Learn more about this opportunity!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Mission:** Ensure sustainable management of experimental stations, enabling research solutions, product development, technical positioning of products under development, innovation trials, official efficacy and residue trials—fully compliant with Ourofino’s SSMA & Q standards, regulatory requirements, and aligned with Marketing, PDI, and Regulatory Affairs, guaranteeing quality, quantity, schedule, budget, enhanced researcher relationships, and value generation for the company. Foster the development of a competent workforce through recruitment, planning, training, and employee motivation. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and ensure all internal and external R&D activities—including farm-based experimental and research teams, studies, trials, and experimental station management—to develop products and technical positions aligned with the company’s GAP and NEEDs and capable of generating corporate value. Covering ideation, proof-of-concept, TAP, RET, information gathering, protocols and trials, activity execution, reports, technical opinions, dossiers, reports, various meetings, and knowledge transfer * Identify market demands and assess the technical feasibility of developing new products and solutions for the company * Set clear and objective goals for R&D teams; monitor official studies, research, and development activities * Prepare technical approval presentations for new products backed by robust databases * Attend national and international congresses, symposia, and events to maintain continuous professional updating * Represent the company technically before Federal, State, Municipal agencies, and committees * Manage technical and personal relationships with researchers to add value to the company * Drive technical and behavioral development of the R&D team * Ensure adherence to and timely execution of Project Management workflows and schedules. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Agronomic Engineering; postgraduate degree in Business Management, Project Management, or related fields * Master’s degree in Phytopathology, Plant Protection, or related fields preferred * Experience in agrochemical R&D, team management, accreditation (IN 36/42), knowledge of IMETRO/BPL standards and Statistics preferred * Fluent English. **Additional Information** Your journey at Ourofino Agro starts now!
