Non-conformance management and traceability assurance Description: * PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Inspector preferred * EDUCATION: Completed Technical Course in Building Construction * CERTIFICATIONS: Microsoft Office Suite * DESIRED SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: Planning / Discipline / Logical Reasoning / Reading and Interpretation of Drawings / Knowledge of Technical Standards * KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Monitor quality indicators; * Guide and train personnel in performing activities according to procedures and standards; * Analyze company and third-party documentation (designs and execution procedures); * Evaluate Commissioning Plans, Inspection and Test Plans, and Supplier Data Books for compilation of the Project Data Book; * Conduct inspections and material release at manufacturing facilities; * Conduct inspections and material release upon receipt; * Conduct inspections and service release during execution; * Inspect quality-related documentation for materials and services (certificates and test reports); * Analyze results of technological control tests; * Validate and manage calibration certificates for measurement instruments used on-site (both owned and third-party); * Identify product non-conformances during manufacturing, receipt, service inspection, test result analysis, and document review; * Define, validate, monitor, and document corrective and preventive actions to control and eliminate non-conformances and their root causes; * Organize files and control traceability of documents and records related to material and service quality on the project; 2511200202481879833
