Job Summary: The Quality Assistant will be responsible for quality control of products, ensuring compliance with sanitary legislation and internal standards. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a **Quality Assistant** to perform quality control on received, stored, and distributed products, ensuring they meet the requirements of sanitary legislation and MegaG’s internal standards. **Your main responsibilities:** * Conduct quality inspections on received and shipped products; * Verify expiration dates, temperatures, and packaging integrity; * Complete checklists and reports, and record non-conformities; * Support the development and updating of internal procedures; * Monitor return processes related to quality; * Ensure compliance with regulations from **ANVISA**, **MAPA**, and other sanitary requirements; * Support training on good storage and food handling practices; * Collaborate with **Warehousing**, **Logistics**, and **Procurement** departments to ensure excellence in delivery to the end customer. **Profile we seek:** * Organization, attention to detail, and commitment to food safety; * Knowledge of **Good Storage Practices (GSP)** and **Food Safety**; * Prior experience in **Quality Control**, preferably in the food industry, is desirable.
