Description: Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Experience in quality routines, audits, or continuous improvement. * Knowledge of quality tools (PDCA, Ishikawa, 5W2H, etc.). * Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., 9001, 14001). * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications * Internal auditor certification. * Knowledge of glass and window/door systems. * Driver's license category A or B Responsibilities * Conduct process, procedure, and product analyses to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. * Implement and monitor quality indicators. * Conduct internal audits and support external audits. * Prepare technical reports and propose corrective and preventive action plans. * Support the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System. * Map processes and identify optimization opportunities. * Train teams on procedures, standards, and best practices. * Ensure compliance with legal requirements, standards, and company policies 251203020219830587
