We encourage applications from Black individuals, persons with disabilities, LGBTQIAPN+, and individuals from diverse generations. #VemSerTelemont. **Responsibilities and Duties** Conduct training for operational-level employees and leaders across various company services, using techniques, methods, standards, and procedures at Telemont regional offices; Support operational-level employees and leaders primarily through technical training, including developing training materials, administering required assessments, and providing feedback; Support training and development management by maintaining documentation such as attendance lists and assessments, preparing reports, and identifying improvement opportunities; Support the performance of newly hired employees and other course participants by conducting field monitoring or coordinating with their immediate supervisors; Ensure training organization by developing and distributing training materials, arranging classrooms and laboratories, issuing participation certificates, and developing and distributing required assessments; Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety in the work area; Perform other activities of similar nature, complexity level, and responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree. Desirable: 6 months of experience in this role. Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
