Come join our team! **Responsibilities and duties*** Coordinate procurement processes for goods, services, indirect materials, and capital projects (Capex); * Lead and develop the Procurement team, promoting training and continuous improvement; * Ensure compliance with internal standards and procedures; * Meet company and requesting departments' expectations regarding deadlines, cost, and quality; * Negotiate contracts and price adjustment claims; * Coordinate development of new suppliers and alternative products; * Coordinate actions, corrections, and guidance with employees; * Develop KPIs for the Procurement area. **Requirements and qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or Logistics; * Solid experience in Procurement and Supply Chain management; * Proficiency in SAP system (preferably S/4HANA); * Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking); * Experience with KPIs; * Knowledge of Excel and Power BI; * Availability to work in Itapira/SP – 100% on-site. **Preferred qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain; * Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
