Propose studies of equipment and devices, as well as modifications to existing equipment, to improve production and product performance. Propose and monitor the development of new products by analyzing raw material conditions and their applications, assist in formula modification tests, and seek cost reduction and improvement of product characteristics. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise daily activities of the Quality Control Laboratory, including team leadership management, ensuring compliance with standards, targets, and operational routines. * Develop and maintain technical documents, process standards, and production methods to optimize manufacturing. * Continuously analyze and improve production processes through Time and Motion Studies, aiming to rationalize resources and reduce costs. * Address non-conformities, monitor initial batches, and define process conditions, times, and methods for new products or features. * Monitor productivity, rejection, rework, and loss indicators; quantify labor requirements; and propose equipment, devices, and technical improvements. * Train personnel, qualify raw materials and inputs, support the technical department, participate in innovation programs, and ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in activities related to this role. * ISO 9001, 14001, 22000, and 45001 training and audit experience are desirable.
