Job Summary: A professional responsible for welcoming patients, performing registrations, authorizations, quotations, ensuring the quality of identification, specimen collection, and shipment procedures, and maintaining an organized environment. Key Highlights: 1. Patient reception and welcoming at business units 2. Responsibility for the quality of identification and specimen collection procedures 3. Management of specimens, inventory, and shipment to the technical department **Responsibilities:** * Welcome customers/patients at business units. * Perform test registrations and authorizations, and identify patients using their personal information, official photo ID, and original identification documents. * Prepare quotations and clearly communicate test preparation instructions. * Ensure the quality of identification, registration, and specimen collection procedures. * Perform specimen triage, centrifugation, packaging, and sorting of materials for shipment to the technical department. * Ensure accurate inventory counting and proper use of benchtop inventory. * Cross-check attendance slips and forward them to the billing department within 24 hours. * Daily implementation of good practices to maintain a clean, organized, and harmonious environment. **Requirements:** Completed technical education in Clinical Analysis or Nursing Technology **Preferred Qualifications:** Familiarity with the following systems: Intranet, Shift, and Effettivo; prior experience working in a laboratory. **Work Location:** Vitória, Vila Velha, and Serra Employment Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Mode: On-site
