Job Summary: We are looking for a professional to support the development and updating of People Analytics reports and dashboards, organizing data and conducting analyses to inform decision-making. If you believe in a world where everyone has the opportunity to drive their own life, come be \#Kover! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the development and updating of People Analytics reports and dashboards; * Consolidate and organize people-related data from various sources and systems; * Ensure the quality and consistency of datasets used in analyses; * Support the development of analyses and studies to aid decision-making for People and business areas; * Fulfill ad hoc data and indicator requests from the People area; * Assist in automating and continuously improving reports and processes within the area; * Contribute to monitoring and updating HR metrics; * Support maintaining governance and documentation of analytical datasets and processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Intermediate proficiency in **Google Sheets / Excel**; * Basic/intermediate knowledge of data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar); * Basic knowledge of **SQL** is a plus; * Strong analytical ability and data organization skills; * Ability to translate numbers into simple, actionable insights; * Organized, detail-oriented profile with eagerness to learn; * Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in related fields; * Prior experience or internship in data, analytics, BI, or HR is a plus. **Additional Information** **What You’ll Find Here:** **Birthday Day Off:** On your special day, you get a day off to celebrate however you like. **Life Insurance:** To care for our greatest asset: our Kovers. **Health Plan:** It’s important to take care of yourself and stay well. **Dental Plan:** So you can flash that beautiful smile! **Flash Card:** Your VR and/or VA on a single card!
