Sell prescription eyeglasses and safety glasses with prescription lenses. Explain product and lens technical features simply and reliably. Track orders, verify order details, and coordinate billing with the laboratory. Conduct after-sales service and customer retention activities, including eyeglass maintenance and adjustments, as well as special-occasion follow-ups. Maintain immaculate uniform standards, uphold store organization, and foster a positive work environment. Participate in internal training sessions and support the commercial department when required.
